Refund &
Cancellation Policy
Classes at Body Consciousness are capped at 8 people, so every booking holds a spot someone else could have taken.
Because of this, our refund policy is intentionally simple and firm. Read the section that matches what you booked.

Monthly packages
The Cycle · Full Cycle
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, as long as you haven't yet attended a class.
After 48 hours, all monthly packages are final. No refunds and no credit for missed or unattended classes, regardless of reason.

Drop-in classes
One Round
If you let us know at least 24 hours before the class, you can choose either a refund or a transfer to the following week.
Outside of that window, regardless of the reason, the credit is forfeited.
No refund and no transfer.

1:1 Coaching
Refundable if you let us know at least 24 hours before your session.
Outside of that window, regardless of the reason, the session is forfeited.
Inner Cycle

If we cancel
a class
If Body Consciousness cancels a session for any reason, you'll always receive a full refund or credit.
This is the one case where the above windows don't apply.

Australian
Consumer Law
This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply when we fail to deliver a service as promised — not to a personal decision or ability to attend.
